Welcome to Lucky Housie. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lucky Housie website and game at luckyhousie.live (the "Platform"), operated by VeloCore Solutions, 249, Momai Residency, Umragam, Surat, Gujarat – 394130, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Platform. Lucky Housie is an entertainment game intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Your account
You register using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
3. Virtual coins
- Coins are virtual, in-game credits used only to play Lucky Housie.
- Coins have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn for cash or any item of value outside the game.
- Coins may be earned for free (daily bonuses, rewarded activities) or purchased. Coins won in a game are added to your in-game balance for continued play.
- We may modify coin balances to correct errors, fraud, or abuse, and may change coin prices, packs, and game rules at any time.
4. Purchasing coins
Coin packs may be purchased through our third-party payment gateway. Prices are shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Coins are a digital good delivered instantly upon successful payment. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Fair play & conduct
You agree not to use bots, cheats, or exploits; interfere with the Platform or other players; attempt to buy, sell, or trade coins or accounts; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including the name, logo, design, and software — belongs to Lucky Housie or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual coins arising from technical issues, account misuse, or events beyond our control.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any feature) at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
